Our tables are designed to be completely customizable—we'll work with you to make sure everything on your table is exactly what you want it to be. And because we're experts in our field, we're able to build a Grazing Table just about anywhere!
Whether it's fresh fruit and veggies, local honey or jam, artisan breads from our favorite local bakeries—we'll help you think of everything. And then we'll put it all together into one incredible table!
How to book a grazing table?
Consultation Call
During a complimentary consultation call, we will discuss what type of table best suits your needs, as well as the layout, size, and number of guests that the table will be able to accommodate.
Proposal + Payment
An outline of what will be included in the table will be sent to you as a proposal. An initial 20% deposit is required, and the remaining payment must be made 30 days in advance.
Day Of
On the day of your event West Texas Charcuterie will arrive 2-3 hours before the event to set up and design the Grazing Table. It will be determined and communicated in advance what time is a good arrival time given the size and location of the event.
Rentals
Any rentals will be picked up at the previously agreed upon date and time.
