We cater events across the hub city, offering delivery or pickup for our boards and boxes. We even travel out of Lubbock to destination weddings & events! There is a $7 delivery fee inside the Lubbock City Limits.
When inquiring about travel please provide an exact address to the location/venue so we can calculate the travel fee and include it in the quote!
We book many events months in advance because our calendar fills up quickly!
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible when booking a Grazing Table, preferably a minimum of 1 week prior to your event. We may not be able to accommodate late bookings.
Depending on availability, other orders can be fulfilled in 48 hours.
We understand things happen and an order may need to be canceled.
In an event that you need to cancel your board please contact westxboards@gmail.com. A 20% fee will be kept on all cancelled orders.
If you don't plan on eating it right away, yes! For boards with soft cheeses you should bring it out at least 30 minutes in advance to bring to room temperature prior to enjoying.

Nope! With the regular boards, it's all yours to keep. Only when grazing tables are being set up for large parties with levels and tiers do we collect boards and display platters.
